Videos Duties Help This position is in the Wyoming Air Nional Guard's 153d Maintenance Group's (153 MXG) 153d Maintenance Squadron (153 MXS). Its primary purpose is to inspect, repair, modify, and service aircraft systems, components, and assemblies, both on- and off-aircraft.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Open to current active-duty Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other stes' Air Nional Guard members. Must submit vMPF Rip, DVR, or CDB with resume Must become a military member of the Wyoming Air N'l Guard before appt. Federal employment suitability is determined by a background investigion. Recruitment/Relocion Incentive MAY BE authorized, if eligible. Subject to funding and TAG approval. PCS costs are not authorized. Must be willing to reloce own expense if selected.EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Technicians are paid through Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer (DD/EFT). Military Technicians are ineligible for military enlistment, retention, and student loan repayment bonuses. Acceptance of a permanent or indefinite position will cause terminion from the Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) and TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS). 1. Must be able to obtain and maintain the approprie security clearance of the position. 2. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. 3. Ability to establish effective professional working relionships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperive working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission. 4. Irregular and/or overtime (compensory) hours may be required to support operional requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day. 5. Area 2 : All permanent and indefinite Wyoming Air Nional Guard (ANG) T32 Dual Stus technicians employed within the Wyoming Air Nional Guard. Area 4 : All current military members of the Wyoming Air Nional Guard. Area 6 : Current military service members to include the US Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other stes' Air Nional Guard units. Must possess experience or training th has provided the candide with the skill to remove and replace aircraft parts, accessories, and components, and to make adjustments and settings according to established specificions. Must be skilled in the use of hand tools and test equipment.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Must possess experience or training installing, adjusting, aligning, troubleshooting, and functionally testing the various major and minor mechanical and pneudraulic systems on an aircraft during overhaul or modificion. Experience coordining the work of other mechanics, and scheduling maintenance to ensure completion of critical actions and optimum workflow. Must have the ability to instruct lower graded mechanics, military and other personnel in the disassembly and re-assembly of crash-damaged engines, transmissions, gearboxes, hydraulic components, and fuel controls sufficient for the exhibit to be returned to its shipping container.NOTE:
