KEY REQUIREMENTS

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS & NOTES
Technicians are paid through Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer (DD/EFT). Military Technicians are ineligible for military enlistment, retention, and student loan repayment bonuses. Area 2 : All permanent and indefinite Wyoming Air Nional Guard (ANG) T32 Dual Stus technicians employed within the Wyoming Air Nional Guard. Area 4 : All current military members of the Wyoming Air Nional Guard. Area 6 : Current military service members to include the US Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other stes' Air Nional Guard units. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Air Nional Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience or training th has provided the candide with the skill to remove and replace aircraft parts, accessories, and components, and to make adjustments and settings according to established specificions. Must be skilled in the use of hand tools and test equipment.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Must possess experience or training installing, adjusting, aligning, troubleshooting, and functionally testing the various major and minor mechanical and pneudraulic systems on an aircraft during overhaul or modificion; experience coordining the work of other mechanics, and scheduling maintenance to ensure completion of critical actions and optimum workflow; ability to instruct lower graded mechanics, military and other personnel in the disassembly and reassembly of damaged crash engines, transmissions, gearboxes, hydraulic components, and fuel controls sufficient for the exhibit to be returned to its shipping container. AND In addition to the above knowledge, you must possess experience which demonstres the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel; experience which required the review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines; experience th provided knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function; experience which demonstres the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communice knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes; and experience in adapting existing equipment and techniques to new situions.
