Low Voltage Technician

Calculated Solutions Group is currently hiring Low Voltage Technicians for one of the top commercial construction companies in the country. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians with experience installing and terminating low voltage systems in commercial environments. Job Responsibilities Pull, route, terminate, and test low voltage cabling including Cat5e, Cat6, Coax, and RJ45 Install and mount devices, electrical boxes, j-hooks, supports, and other low voltage materials Read and interpret blueprints, low voltage drawings, and project layouts Label, organize, and track cabling for multiple systems Perform wire mapping, testing, and certification of network cabling Assist with installation of: Fire alarm systems Nurse call systems Network/data cabling HVAC controls and relays Communicate project progress and completed work to project managers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow all company and job site safety procedures Requirements Minimum 2 years of low voltage, structured cabling, or electrical experience Commercial construction experience preferred Ability to use hand tools, drills, cutters, screwdrivers, and other basic construction tools Comfortable working on ladders and lifts Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including hot and cold conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred Must be willing to learn and take direction What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent full-time work Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth Professional and supportive work environment Work with one of the leading commercial construction teams in the industry Apply Today!
