Your Mission:
As a SmartHome Service Professional, you are the last line of defense in our mission — the guardian of lasting impressions and the steady hand behind seamless operations. You'll support our front-line Sales Professionals, serve our customers with warmth and wisdom, and ensure every installation, every service call, and every message reflects the high standards of our warrior code. Responsibilities of the
Role:
Be on time for every appointment. Keep your Chorus vehicle clean. We take pride in the resources that have been given to us. Maintain a clean-cut and professional appearance. Be kind and courteous to every customer. Install all products according to specifications to ensure accuracy and swiftness. Support the customer in learning about their new system. Proficient in Alarm.com, Alarm Level 1 or 2 Certified, and/or Access Control Certified.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and background check State Security Installation license is a plus

Must possess the ability to use telephone, computer and other required technology. This position requires the ability to work full-time and regular work attendance. Requires the use of ladders and sometimes up to 30ft+ off the ground. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be familiar with power tools, work in a manner that upholds all safety regulations, and be able to crawl in attics and crawl spaces. Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment that will sometimes include increased levels of work-related stress.
Pay:
$23.00 - $31.00 per hour
