REQUIREMENTS

• Able to clear LiveScan background check during onboarding.
• Qualifies to drive a company vehicle (clean DMV record).
• Exceptional dependability & punctuality; demonstrates respect for other people's time.

PREFERENCE FOR APPLICANTS POSSESSING

• Experience with Honeywell/Resideo, DMP, Bosch, and/or Notifier / Gamewell-FCI or similar products.
• Experience in installing, testing, and/or servicing commercial and/or residential Fire & Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, including networking.
• One or more years of experience in Customer Service.
• California WBFAA enrolled Apprentice or Journeyman.
• Oregon LEA enrolled Apprentice or Journeyman.
• Current ACE card.
• Relevant construction trades experience.

• Access Control Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems, including intrusion alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Utilize hand tools and low voltage equipment to complete installations and troubleshoot issues. Read and interpret plans to understand system layouts and configurations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations via the company's mobile app.
