The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards, local codes, and manufacturer requirements. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
Install, program, inspect, and service fire alarm systems (addressable & conventional). Troubleshoot issues like a boss and get systems back online fast. Perform inspections & maintenance per NFPA 72 and local codes. Work with leading brands (EST, Kidde, Potter, Notifier, Simplex and more). Deliver top-notch customer service while keeping safety your #1 priority. Keep clean and accurate service records (we make it easy with digital tools).
Qualifications:
✔ 2-5 years of fire alarm experience (install, service, and inspections). ✔ Solid understanding of NFPA standards and local fire codes. ✔Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams like second nature. ✔ Strong troubleshooting skills — you love finding solutions. ✔ Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. ✔ High school diploma or GED required.

Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 LBS, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions — including working at heights of 6FT and above. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions. Must pass background check & drug screening. Ability to drive for 2+ hours every work day to job/service locations. Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak.
Starting Pay Range:
$20-25 (Dependent on technician work experience).
