  • $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Personal protective equipment (PPE) use Technical documentation CCTV Safety equipment Low voltage National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies Low-voltage electrical wiring Commercial electrical systems Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage / Fire Alarm Technician for commercial projects throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles areas.
Weekly pay, pay depends on experience.
Responsibilities:
Install, program, test, and service fire alarm systems Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage systems (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion, structured cabling) Perform inspections and preventive maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents Ensure all work complies with NFPA 72, NEC, and local codes Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Qualifications:
Experience in low-voltage and fire alarm systems required Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of NFPA 72 and electrical codes Ability to travel daily throughout IE, OC, and LA Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts Must have tools and full
PPE NICET
certification preferred (not required) Manufacturer certifications (Honeywell, Notifier, Silent Knight, Edwards, Bosch, etc.) a plus
