Fire Alarm Lead Foreman Full-Time |

What You'll Do Lead and supervise installation of new fire alarm systems Perform and Oversee system upgrades, retrofits, and tenant improvements Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fire alarm systems Perform commissioning, testing, and final system acceptance Ensure all work meets NFPA codes, local requirements, and company standards Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades Maintain project schedules, documentation, and job site organization Support ongoing service and preventative maintenance work What We're Looking For Strong experience in fire alarm installation, service, or leadership roles Proven ability to lead crews and manage job site productivity Solid understanding of fire alarm systems, codes, and best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Hands-on, reliable, and takes ownership of their work Preferred State Fire/Life Safety Certification NICET Level III or higher Why This Is a Great Opportunity Clear path for advancement into higher leadership and project management roles Join a growing company with a strong pipeline of work Be part of a team that values quality, leadership, and professionalism Competitive pay with bonus potential tied to performance Opportunity to make a real impact and grow your career , not just punch a clock If you're ready to take the next step in your career and grow with a company that's going places, we'd like to talk with you.
