Fire Sprinkler (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Government/Federal) Job Overview A and S Fire Protection, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation who takes pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and leadership in the field. As a Fire Sprinkler Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing fire sprinkler systems across residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects. This position offers steady, full-time work and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Key Responsibilities Install fire sprinkler systems in accordance with project plans and specifications Perform modifications, repairs, and maintenance of sprinkler systems Assist with system testing and inspections in compliance with NFPA standards Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings Work efficiently and safely on residential, commercial, industrial, and government job sites Maintain high standards of workmanship and jobsite professionalism Support crew leadership and collaborate effectively with team members Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades on site Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25 standards preferred Strong leadership skills and field knowledge Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Valid driver's license in good standing Dependable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Prevailing wage projects available Weekly pay cycle
