We specialize in the design, and the installation of security systems that include automated gates, perimeter security, access systems and CCTV. As a huge advocate in supporting our employees, we provide on-going training. The better you are, the better we are. Roll Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a lead technician. You will oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing teams, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, conducting quality control checks on installations, and ensuring that all work complies with industry standards. The role also involves training and mentoring junior technicians, maintaining inventory of equipment, and collaborating with clients to ensure satisfaction and system efficiency. Qualifications Extensive experience in security gate and access control system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks and manage team workflow Leadership abilities, including experience in training, mentoring, and supervising teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure effective and efficient resolution of technical issues. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients, ensuring clarity in both technical and non-technical discussions Demonstrate knowledge of UL325 and
ASTM F2200
Possess or willing to obtain factory certificates such as GADS, CAGIO, etc Welding, networking systems, IP addressing, and CCTC experiences are a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications or vocational training in security systems is a plus Must hold a clean driver's license record and be able to pass a background and drug test. Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules and handle physical tasks related to security system installations Must live within the Denver Metro Area Health care coverage provided after 30 days
