• Full-time Vision Security is hiring a skilled, safety-minded Fire Alarm Service & Inspection Technician to keep life-safety systems performing at the highest standard across Western Colorado.

• YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems at commercial and residential sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, panel issues, and device failures
• Document all inspections and service activity accurately and completely
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime
• Communicate deficiencies and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
• Identify service upgrade and upsell opportunities and relay them to the appropriate team member
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment in full operational readiness
• Stay current on NFPA codes, local fire codes, and required certifications

• WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience with fire alarm systems, low-voltage systems, or a closely related trade is preferred — but not required for the right candidate
• NICET certification is a plus — if you don't have it yet, we'll help you get there
• A basic systems, wiring, and troubleshooting is a strong foundation
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — non-negotiable
• You show up on time, take the work seriously, and own the outcome
• Willing to learn, coachable, and hungry to build a career in life-safety systems
