  • $22 an hour 1 day ago Full Job Description Looking for a Fire Sprinkler Apprentive/Helper Full Time position Well-established company with a growing Fire Sprinkler business within South Florida area is looking for a Fire Sprinkler Helper.
The Fire Sprinkler Helper is considered a trainee who is learning the mechanics of fire sprinkler system installation. This position may be responsible for site clean-up, staging, and distributing work material to other employees at a job site. The position will also cut and thread the pipe. The helper receives guidance and direction regarding day-to-day work tasks from a Fire Sprinkler Fitter/supervisor. Construction trade experience, demonstrated mechanical skills, or related training are preferred. The Fire Sprinkler Helper must be reliable, able to follow verbal work instructions/directions, able to follow through on assigned tasks and exhibit the initiative to learn the skills of the trade. Must be punctual and reliable. Must maintain a clean and safe work area. Must be physically fit to perform the work. Must be able to lift/carry 75 lbs. Possess the ability to work well with others. Must have a clean driving record, valid Driver's License and be willing to go work in Miami-Dade / Broward / Palm Beach county. Be willing to work nights and weekends if needed. Be willing to learn the trade
