Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Fire Suppression System Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire suppression systems for commercial and residential properties. This role requires expertise in fire protection systems, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, alarms, and suppression equipment. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems to ensure safety standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems remain in compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Provide customers with system recommendations, system upgrades, and service plans. Maintain accurate records of work performed and system updates. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and safety codes.
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Fire Extinguisher Technician and Fire Systems Technician Previous experience in fire extinguisher and fire suppression system installation and maintenance. Knowledge of fire codes, regulations, and safety standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay:
This is a commission-based position for a 1099 contractor, offering flexible compensation without benefits. Applicants must have an active LLC for payment processing.
