Must be able to pass and maintain passing both State and Federal background checks and drug testing. Must complete

course with 180 days of employment. (Within 90 day of the end of the probation period) Basic Required Fundamentals All applicants are required to have basic general knowledge in the following areas. Use with and knowledge of a multimeter. Understand the difference in AC and DC voltage. General knowledge of use with power tools. General knowledge of building construction. Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding or lifts and various heights. Basic mechanical ability with tools. General knowledge with a Windows PC. Must be able to multi-task and be able to follow policies and procedures. Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with leadership, co-workers, and other team members at all times. • Good understanding of basic electrical circuitry. Good understanding of systems cabling. Well versed in multiple systems trim out. Basic understanding of panel layout and trim. Takes verbal instruction and puts to action. Ability to trim out all systems with minimal instruction. Ability to pre-wire with minimal instruction. Ability to hang panels and dress wire. Meets all of the level 1 technician requirements. Has a good understanding of cabling and methods of support. Has a basic understanding of schematics. Can implement pre-wire from blueprints. Has a basic knowledge of wiring codes for Florida. Has a basic understanding of fire alarm systems. Has strong Leadership and time management capabilities. Able to self-manage given tasks Be responsible for task completion and dates. Has a complete understanding of all facets of installation. Must manage the job schedule for a specific project or task. Ability to self-manage prewire and trim out. Ability to manage project materials. Must perform daily project progress reports. Ability to forecast schedules and labor needs. Ability to complete project prewire and trim-out without supervision. Ability to layout and install all headend equipment. Ability to complete zone lists and programming information. Basic knowledge of all programming. Ability to test all systems. Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to program all systems. Ability to complete any project. Ability to train customers on systems. Ability to lead multiple install teams. Ability to meet all forecasted labor and time deadlines.
Working conditions:
Un-hindered ability to lift up to 75lbs, climb ladders, operate man-lifts and work in crawl spaces, at times working in seasonal weather elements.
