Delta Fire Sprinklers Inc. is looking for motivated and dependable team members to join our growing company in Sanford, Florida. We are currently hiring experienced Fire Sprinkler Foremen, Fire Sprinkler Fitters, and Helpers for commercial fire protection projects throughout Central Florida. If you take pride in your work, value teamwork, and want to grow with a company that values its employees, we want to hear from you.
  • Positions Available Fire Sprinkler Foreman
  • Lead and manage sprinkler installation crews
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Strong leadership and communication skills required Fire Sprinkler Fitters
  • Install and service commercial fire sprinkler systems
  • Work from drawings and layouts
  • Experience with threading, grooving, and system installation preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Helpers
  • Assist foremen and fitters with installations
  • Learn the fire sprinkler trade hands-on

  • Construction experience is a plus but not required
