Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alarm Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the programming, installation, maintenance, and repair of alarm systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read blueprints. The Alarm manager will work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and support. Duties Install, program & maintain, and repair various alarm systems including fire alarms and security alarms. Honeywell Silent Knight,Fire lite, Potter Conduct thorough inspections to detect issues within alarm systems and troubleshoot problems effectively. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper installation of alarm systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installations and repairs. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide tailored solutions. Assist in alarm system sales by providing technical expertise and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of service performed, equipment used, and any necessary follow-up actions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role related to alarm systems. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components. Familiarity with CAD software is a plus for designing system layouts. Experience with fire alarm systems is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly. Strong communication skills for effective client interactions. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. NICET would be a plus .
