Fire Sprinkler Crew Helper

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our fire sprinkler crew as helpers on commercial construction projects. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow into a Fire Sprinkler Fitter and eventually lead your own crew.

Pay :

$18/hr

Schedule & Start Times:

Typical project hours: 6:00AM to 3:00 PM Crew meeting times with your foreman: 4:00-5:30 AM This role is ideal for early risers who want to start their day early and finish early

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing, fabricating, and installing fire protection systems Support the foreman and crew with day-to-day tasks on site Read and follow directions, contribute to maintaining a safe and clean jobsite Engage in heavy lifting and handling tools/equipment (up to 100 lbs) Work as a team to help complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

No prior fire sprinkler experience required (entry level) Some commercial project experience is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and ready for early morning starts Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn
