Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Install and configure security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, and alarm systems
• Perform service calls and repairs on security systems
• Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation locations for security equipment
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide recommendations
• Train clients on how to use and maintain their security systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security systems

Experience:

• Previous experience as a service technician or installer in the security industry is preferred
• Knowledge of locksmithing and mechanical systems is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong problem-solving skills to detect and resolve issues with security systems
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear instructions
