Why This Role Stands Out High-demand specialization in video surveillance & access control Autonomy to own installations and problem-solve independently Exposure to enterprise-level security technologies and complex projects Backed by a stable, growing company in an essential industry Clear career progression and skill development path What You'll Do Install, configure, and commission IP-based video surveillance and access control systems Perform troubleshooting, testing, programming, and system optimization Support end-user training and ensure seamless system handoff Read and execute from project drawings, submittals, and BOMs Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and customer IT/security stakeholders Travel locally to customer sites throughout Eastern Iowa What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience with video surveillance and access control systems Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: IP addressing VLANs PoE Basic switch configuration Experience with platforms such as: Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon Brivo, AMAG, Acre, Motorola (or similar enterprise security systems) Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field Comfortable in customer-facing environments •For immediate and confidential consideration, please apply & send a message to
