Low Voltage /
Systems Integration Field Technician Location:
Elkhart, IN (In-Person)
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00/hr (Starting) | $26.00 - $35.00/hr (Projected at 12-18 months, and based on experience) About the Role BIT INC is a growing systems integration company. What You'll Do Install & Integrate:
Deploy cabling and equipment for security, A/V, and data systems based on technical drawings and specs.
Technical Problem Solving:
Use hand/power tools and troubleshooting skills to overcome field challenges.
High-Access Work:
Work from ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts to reach the infrastructure.
Environment:
Navigate various job sites, including residential/commercial construction, attics, and crawl spaces.
Travel:
Occasionally travel for out-of-state projects (expenses covered). What You Bring to the
Table Hands-on Aptitude:
Comfort with power tools and basic construction knowledge.
Detail-Oriented:
You take pride in a clean rack, organized cables, and a tidy work vehicle.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift equipment and work on your feet throughout the day.

You can speak professionally with customers and coordinate effectively with team members.
