Position Overview We're looking for a motivated, experienced Licensed Systems Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver high-quality installations while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot: Access Control Systems (Brivo, Kantech, etc.) IP Video Surveillance Systems (Axis, Ubiquiti, ExacqVision) Intrusion Alarm Systems Structured Cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber) Read blueprints and wiring diagrams Configure IP networks and connected security devices Perform service calls and system commissioning Communicate professionally with customers and project managers Complete project documentation and closeout reports Qualifications Massachusetts Systems Technician (D License) or higher required 3+ years of commercial low-voltage/security installation experience Strong knowledge of networking and IP-based security systems Experience with access control and CCTV platforms Ability to troubleshoot independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and lifts Preferred Experience Brivo Kantech/EntraPass Axis Communications Ubiquiti UniFi Protect Qolsys Fiber optic termination and testing What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities Health Insurance Reimbursement 401k matching Company vehicle Company phone Company laptop Paid holidays Paid vacation Opportunities for manufacturer training and certifications Growth with a rapidly expanding company If you're a licensed technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a company that's building its reputation on professionalism and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
