Job Description

EPS Security is looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Technician. We'll pay you to learn the trade of alarm installation, and turn you into a fire alarm, intrusion alarm, access control, and video surveillance expert. Our technicians play an essential role in the safety of local communities, installing and programming security solutions in Michigan homes and businesses. EPS Technicians are trained to work on state-of-the-art brands, such as First Alert®, DMP®, Digital Watchdog®, Notifier®, DSX®, and more. Position Overview As a Technician at EPS Security, you'll help protect homes and businesses across Grand Rapids, Michigan, by installing/servicing state-of-the-art security technology. Your Responsibilities Install/service burglar alarm, fire alarm, card access, and video surveillance systems . Perform system checks to confirm signal verification . Instruct customers on system operation and functionality . Provide reliable, high-quality customer support . Maintain a clean , organized, and stocked vehicle . Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED Valid driver license Ability to use hand tools Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report Ability to work in Grand Rapids, Michigan, without relocation assistance Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred
NICET II
