Low Voltage Security Technician

Low Voltage Security Technician Systematic Technologies is in search of an experienced Security Technician with a minimum of 2+ years' experience. We have immediate openings for the right candidate. We are looking for candidates who are seeking long-term employment and growth opportunities. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate versed in system Integration of enterprise level access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. In addition, strong IT skills are a must, also must have hands-on experience in installing cabling, security devices, testing, and troubleshooting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete equipment installation/programming for CCTV, Access control and intrusion/fire alarm systems Complete moves, adds, and changes for customers on CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems Work closely with assigned project management on each project Strong understanding of scope of work for each project and identify change orders where needed Perform onsite testing and inspections as necessary Must be able to train customer on the usage of all applicable products used in installation and/or upgrades Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations as applicable to service, installation, maintenance of systems and OSHA safety standards Excellent customer service skills required. Maintain necessary certifications as well as obtain further levels of education as requested by supervisor Strong Oral, Written, and Interpersonal Communications skills required

Required Qualifications:

2+ years' experience programming and installing CCTV and Access Control Systems Work independently and efficiently as needed Must be available to travel as necessary Have valid drivers license Preferred Qualifications but will train the right candidate: PDK, Bosch, Avigilon VMS certifications Hanwha, Axis, Bosch camera certifications NICET Certification a plus Experience with programming and commissioning security systems If you are looking for a dynamic and challenging work environment where your talent for solving complex technical problems and your ability to be self-taught is valued - you should apply here!
