Job Description
Who is Westco? Westco Security & Technology Systems is a full service security system and low voltage integration company. We are looking for an experienced technician/installer to join our growing team. We offer our clients a complete, single, professional resource for the custom design, build, and integration of a broad range of low voltage residential connected home services and control systems including fire and burglar alarm, access control, telecommunications/intercom/sound solutions, energy management, lighting control systems, home networking, and custom theater-media room environments. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control or related Communications installation/repair experience such as audio systems, media systems, wired/wireless networks and related low voltage communications equipment
- Comfortable communicating with clients (Excellent verbal skills)
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented strong problem solving skills
- Construction knowledge preferred
- Valid Driver License with clean driving record
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installation, servicing and programming of security, fire, audio/video, automation systems and other low voltage systems. Knowledge of Honeywell, 2GIG, HAI, URC, Control4 is a plus.
- Communicate with staff on where projects are at in the installation process from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and installation is done according to the job specifications.
