Commercial & Residential Security Systems/ Camera Technician Helper

Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and trainable installer of commercial/residential security systems and camera systems. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and a working knowledge of DSC, Qolsys, & GE security systems along with the ability to install TVI and IP cameras. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe environment for our customers and requires a professional approach to customer service. Camera Systems Installing/ repairing ZK Access Systems Installing/ repairing Wireless Bridge Antennas maintaining a clean and fully stocked company provided work vehicle. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, equipment used per job. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and random screenings. Must have a clear background check. Must have MS low voltage license, or the ability to pass testing within a reasonable amount of time. Proven experience in installing and servicing commercial and residential security systems, including CCTV and fire alarms. Proficient in low voltage cabling and electrical systems. Strong understanding of system design and schematics. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with computer networking and remote access software is a plus. Ability to work with hand and power tools effectively.
