EXPERIENCED

alarm Technician to join our team specializing in high-end residential security systems and light commercial fire alarm work. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in clean installations, strong troubleshooting skills, and professional customer interaction. Technicians are dispatched from home with a company vehicle. Our service area is a 50-Mile radius of Morristown, Excluding NYC. Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot high-end residential security systems Program and service burglar alarms, CCTV, access control, and smart home integrations Perform service and inspection work on commercial fire alarm systems Diagnose wiring, device, and communication issues Complete clean, organized installations and documentation Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and business clients Required Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and low-voltage wiring skills Proficiency with: Alarm.com platform Honeywell/Resideo systems Qolsys panels Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Preferred Qualifications Experience with Interlogix systems,2Gig, Alula,Napco Commercial fire alarm service experience Networking and IP camera experience Experience working in finished luxury homes Compensation & Benefits $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle Paid holidays and vacation Steady year-round work Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Additional compensation when customers accept your recommendations Our Approach We are a consultative company, not a high-pressure sales organization.
