About the Company & Role We are a leading provider of fire protection and electronic security services serving New Jersey, Delaware, and the Philadelphia region. Supporting commercial and industrial clients, we handle inspections, service, repairs, and installations for fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, and related security systems. We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Lead Technician in the Elizabeth, NJ area to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic security systems. This is a hands-on, lead-level position ideal for a skilled technician who can take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members, and deliver high-quality customer service. Compensation & Benefits $40.00 - $48.00/hour (based on experience) Time-and-a-half for evening work Emergency calls: 4-hour minimum (1.5x pay)

double time + 8 hours regular holiday pay 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Company-paid Life, AD&D, STD, and LTD Flexible spending accounts (health & dependent care) Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time Key Responsibilities Install, wire, program, and commission access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, intercoms, and gate systems Troubleshoot and repair complex low-voltage systems (hardware and software) Perform inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Provide customer support and end-user training Maintain accurate service documentation and job records Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies Qualifications 8+ years of electronic security or low-voltage experience Strong experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion, and intercom systems Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead projects Strong communication and customer service skills #IND806
