We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service and Installation Technician to join our team. As a Service and Installation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of security, fire, access control, and CCTV systems for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the safety and security of our clients' facilities.Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain security, fire, access control, and CCTV systems according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system testing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation for each service call or installation.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.
- Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics, security, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in the installation and servicing of security, fire, access control, and CCTV systems.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
