There's never been a more exciting time to join our team! We are in an accelerated growth phase in a rapidly expanding industry and are seeking motivated, self-driven individuals looking for a long-term career in the Portland area. Responsibilities include servicing, inspecting and testing fire alarm systems to the prescribed standards; performing on-site emergency troubleshooting; programming and repairs of our customers fire alarm systems; identifying code and non-conformance issues; and preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports. Duties may also include the installation of fire alarm systems. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience working with low-voltage electrical systems, including fire alarm systems. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, operational procedures, and product manuals. Knowledge of test equipment, including multimeters, digital analyzers, and commissioning devices. Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting and carrying equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in unusual or confined spaces, including climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, operating lifts up to 40 feet, accessing ducts, crawl spaces, and above-ceiling areas. Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed to meet customer requirements. Demonstrated commitment to customer service with strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure timely response to customer needs. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times. Additional Requirements
LEA, EL06, NICET II
certifications preferred or the ability to obtain within 90 day Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Perform other duties as assigned.
