Job Description Fire Suppression Systems Technician Description Kinetix Fire & Life Safety Experts was founded in 1993 and we provide Fire & Life Safety Services to government, military, commercial, higher education, and large campus type facilities. Our mission is to provide quality customer service by focusing on a personalized approach for the fire & life safety needs of our customer's facility. We are looking for a Fire Suppression Systems Technician to join our team in the Greater Philadelphia area. Job Responsibilities As a Fire Suppression Systems Technician, you will be responsible for providing service, testing, and inspection of fire suppression systems including wet chemical, dry chemical, clean agent, kitchen hood systems, fire extinguishers, and associated equipment. Additional responsibilities of the Fire Suppression Systems Technician include: Complete all activities related to service, Inspection, and installation of fire suppression systems. Complete documentation including but not limited to inspection reports, service ticket reporting, and detailed site specific inventory reports. Customer service, coordination, and communication Technical project and administrative support and site walkthrough Ability to work independently or supervise others as required. Preparing work schedules, reviewing plans/prints, and carrying out assigned duties. Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems or previous experience in sprinkler inspections. Job Requirements To qualify for the Fire Suppression Systems Technician position, you must have at least a minimum of 5 years' experience working with fire suppression systems in install, inspection and service. Additional requirements of the Fire Suppression Systems Technician Position include: NICET Certification (Level I Water-Based or Special Hazards) preferred. Experience in inspecting and servicing wet chemical, dry chemical, clean agent, and kitchen hood systems Proficiency with computer skills, MS Excel, Email Strong customer service skills and communications Familiarity with

NFPA 25 & 13

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
