No Position Purpose The Fire Safety Tech III (Fire Alarm Systems) must have skills and knowledge in all aspects of the maintenance and repair of life safety systems including fire sprinkler systems.

Identifies fire alarm system problems, troubleshoots, and makes repairs. Performs a variety of tasks involved with testing, maintaining, installing, analyzing, and repairing all types of life safety systems. Maintains a working knowledge of fire suppression systems and kitchen hoods. Description Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp High School plus 3+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities High School graduate or equivalency Must have at least four years of relevant experience. Must have a valid driver license and be able to qualify under the terms of the Dartmouth Approved Driver policy. Ability to identify and install fire safety system parts.
