Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: This position does have some on-call nights. If the job cannot be done remotely will drive the company car to visit clients and sometimes drive out of town. Dealing with technical appliance, switch, and different components of camera Testing if anything is faulty. Will be using TeamViewer for any remote work. Working with low voltage, different programs, and facility cameras Responds to emergency situations during or after duty hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety/security concerns. Repair of commercial and residential access control, CCTV, Video management software, intercoms, and alarms Installation, service and repair of commercial and residential access control, CCTV, video management software, intercoms, and alarms for both commercial and residential customers Performs scheduled, routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment/systems under contract agreement by inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, and calibrating systems and checking out equipment to ensure it is in satisfactory working order. Identify and prepare pathways and support for new cabling system installations. Completion of necessary paperwork, including work orders, service orders, and customer agreements Promotes, builds, and maintains good customer relations and assists with contract retention. Requirements Able to work with minimum supervision. High School Diploma or GED (Required) 2 years of experience in related field (Required) Must be authorized to work in the
