The ideal candidate has experience with water-based fire protection systems and is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. What You'll Do Inspect, test, maintain, and repair wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems Perform quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections in accordance with NFPA 25 standards Troubleshoot and repair sprinkler system deficiencies, valves, piping, and associated components Support fire system impairments, shutdowns, and restoration activities Read and interpret fire protection drawings, blueprints, and system schematics Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and maintenance documentation Partner with internal teams, contractors, and AHJs to ensure code compliance and system reliability What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, inspection, testing, or service Experience with wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge systems Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25 standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and fire protection plans Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Texas
