We have an immediate opening for an experienced residential security alarm Installation Technician to join our Houston team!
Responsibilities will include:
  • Installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of residential security alarm systems.
  • Upselling during the installation process
  • Ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled daily/weekly.
  • Accurately complete ADT work orders and paperwork.
  • Complete administrative tasks including shipping, invoicing, and reschedules.
  • Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance.
Requirements are:
  • Residential Alarm Installation & Service Experience
  • Previous sales experience (upselling)
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job.
  • Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision.
  • Ability to pass a required background check
  • Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation What you will receive:
