Position Overview Advantage Interests and its subsidiary Eagle Fire are looking for a motivated, entry-level candidate ready to begin a career in fire sprinkler system design. This is a ground-floor opportunity with hands-on training provided by an established and respected fire protection company. We are investing in the right person — someone eager to learn the trade, grow within the Eagle Fire team, and develop into a skilled designer over time. Responsibilities Learn and assist in the design and layout of automatic fire sprinkler systems Support senior designers with drawings, calculations, and submittal preparation Utilize AutoCAD to develop and revise system layouts under supervision Assist with material lists, documentation, and project coordination tasks Follow NFPA standards and company procedures with guidance from senior staff Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent AutoCAD training, coursework, or certification of any kind Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite Genuine interest in fire sprinkler design, engineering, and hydraulic calculations Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Fire sprinkler field installation experience (any level) AutoCAD skills combined with field knowledge of sprinkler systems Exposure to mechanical or engineering drafting concepts Advantage Interests Inc, an Eagle Fire Owned company. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.
