We prioritize paid positions to ensure your efforts are recognized from day one. Duties Assist lead technicians with the installation of fire alarm systems, including sensors, control panels, and low voltage wiring. Help interpret blueprints, schematics, and system design drawings to support accurate installation processes. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to run wiring, mount devices, and assemble components according to specifications. Support construction inspection activities to verify proper placement and adherence to codes such as NEC (National Electrical Code). Learn to read schematics and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings for system layout planning. Participate in field service tasks, including troubleshooting basic issues and assisting with system testing. Help maintain detailed documentation of installation progress, schematics updates, and inspection reports. Qualifications Clean/Clear background and driving history Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods. Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments. Experience with running cable / electrician background if applicable
Pay:
$12.00 - $18.00 per hour
