Backed by Eagle Fire's decades of industry experience and regional resources, our Texas operations continue to expand to meet growing customer demand across commercial, industrial, and government facilities. As we continue growing in Texas, we are seeking motivated technicians to join our New Braunfels team. This role is ideal for a technician with fire alarm and low voltage experience who is looking for long-term career growth, strong leadership support, and opportunities to expand technical certifications. Position Summary Advantage Interests Inc., a division of Eagle Fire Inc., is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician for our New Braunfels, Texas territory. This position will focus on the installation, service, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of commercial fire alarm and low voltage systems throughout the regional service area. The ideal candidate will have prior fire alarm or low voltage experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently in the field while delivering excellent customer service. What We Offer Company Vehicle Company-Paid Training & Certification Support NICET Test Reimbursement Texas License Assistance Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Company-Paid Life & Disability Insurance Paid Holidays & PTO Employee Assistance Program Boot Reimbursement Uniforms Provided Advancement Opportunities Within a Growing Organization Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install, repair, troubleshoot, and replace commercial fire alarm systems Perform service and maintenance on fire alarm and low voltage systems Diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently Work independently in customer facilities and construction environments Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams Complete service documentation and inspection reports accurately Communicate system deficiencies and repair recommendations to customers and management Maintain compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and Company procedures Travel throughout the regional service area using a company vehicle Participate in occasional Saturday morning industrial service work (approximately once per quarter) Qualifications Required 2-4 years of fire alarm, low voltage, or related field experience Experience installing or servicing fire alarm systems Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Texas Fire Alarm License

with ability to obtain Texas SAL License Preferred Low voltage/security system experience Industrial facility experience Fire extinguisher service experience Additional fire alarm or suppression certifications Work Environment & Travel Frequent local travel throughout the New Braunfels/Austin/San Antonio region Approximately 75-mile service territory Commercial, industrial, and construction environments Standard daytime schedule with limited after-hours work In compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, Advantage Interests Inc. and Eagle Fire Inc. maintain a drug-free workplace and operate a Drug-Free Workplace Program.
