Qualifications of Fire Alarm Installer Superintendent:

5+ years of Fire Alarm Install, Service or Inspection - Supervisory, Superintendent, or Foreman/Leadership experience required Experience troubleshooting, Installing/Programming of Honeywell, VESDA, Silent Night, or Fire-Lite Alarms required NICET, ESA, FAL, or State Fire Alarm Licenses preferred Rewards for

Responsibilities of Fire Alarm Installer Superintendent:

Overseeing commercial fire alarm installation projects throughout the Houston area Responsibilities include supervising installation crews, coordinating manpower and schedules, overseeing field operations, troubleshooting and programming fire alarm systems, supporting inspections and commissioning, tracking project progress, and ensuring NFPA compliance Additional duties include conducting jobsite visits, supporting safety and training, managing materials and inventory, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with staff, contractors, inspectors, and customers Work may involve Honeywell, VESDA, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, and other commercial fire alarm and life safety systems in data centers, industrial facilities, healthcare buildings, warehouses, high-rises, petrochemical facilities, and other industrial projects Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
