Security System Installation Technician

The Job If you like working with your hands, being out in the field, and actually building things —this is for you. We're looking for someone who already has some install experience and is ready to step up. You'll be running cable, installing cameras, working on doors, and learning real security systems—not just standing around watching. You won't be stuck doing the same thing every day. Different sites, different setups, real work. What You'll Be Doing Running cable (a lot of it) Installing cameras, card readers, and door hardware Cutting in electric strikes (yes, you'll be working on real doors) Bending basic conduit (EMT) Helping bring full security systems to life Working alongside experienced techs What We're Looking For You've done some kind of installation work before (low voltage, electrical, construction, etc.) You're comfortable with tools and not afraid to use them Can read instructions and follow them without constant supervision Ability to work with color-coded wiring with a high level of accuracy You show up on time and take your work seriously You're willing to learn and get better Have your own basic tools and be ready to use them day one Able to lift equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs) Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations) Big Plus If You Have Access control experience Conduit bending Door hardware / lock work Can read basic plans Why This Job Is Worth It Steady, year-round work (we stay busy) You won't be stuck behind a desk You will work on real systems, not just basic installs. Pay:

$52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
