Low Voltage Systems Office Assistant

Position Overview:

As a low Voltage office assistant, you will play a crucial role for for our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with submittals, proposals, pricing, quoting projects, interacting with customers, assistance with scheduling and billing of various low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent computer and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must be familiar with security cameras, security systems, access control systems, fire alarm and audio-visual equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience as a low voltage technician or in a related field of sales or service
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with hand tools and specialized equipment used in installations
• Strong knowledge standards and practices.
• Familiarity with equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
