Full‑Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing life‑safety team. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in high‑quality work, understands Washington State fire code requirements, and is ready to support customers across the Puget Sound region. Key Responsibilities Perform inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems per NFPA 72 and local AHJ requirements Troubleshoot, repair, and program fire alarm panels and associated devices Complete accurate inspection reports, deficiency lists, and repair documentation Work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with the office and customers Ensure compliance with WAC, NEC, and local permitting requirements Provide exceptional customer service to commercial, residential, and senior‑living facilities Required QualificationsNICET II
in Fire Alarm Systems (required) Washington State 06 or 06A Electrical License (preferred) Minimum 2-3 years of fire alarm service, inspection, or installation experience Strong understanding of NFPA 72, local fire codes, and permitting processes Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening Preferred Experience Factory training on systems such as Notifier, EST, Simplex, Siemens, Silent Knight, or FireLite Experience with senior living, healthcare, or multi‑building commercial sites Familiarity with mobile inspection/reporting software What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, and equipment Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Paid holidays, PTO, and ongoing training opportunities A supportive team environment with room for advancementPay:
