What You'll Do:
As a collision technician, you'll perform factory-certified repairs on vehicles: Structural and non-structural collision repairs (frame straightening, sectioning, welding) Remove and replace damaged components to factory specifications Work with aluminum, high-strength steel, and advanced materials Collaborate with estimators to ensure accurate repair planning Maintain I-CAR and OEM certification standards on every job Document all repairs in our management system Keep workspace organized, clean, and safe

As Needed What We're Looking For :
You're an A or High B -Level Technician who: Has 4-6+ years of hands-on collision repair experience Can handle light cosmetic to heavy structural repairs (frame, sectioning, welding) Has experience with steel sectioning and high-strength steel repairs Takes pride in factory-quality, precision workmanship Values continuous learning and earning certifications
Required:
Valid Driver's License Proven structural and non-structural repair experience Ability to read and interpret collision estimates Strong attention to detail and quality Team player who can communicate well
Preferred :
I-CAR certifications (Welding, Steel Sectioning, Structural, Non-structural) ASE certifications (B2-B5)
Any Relevant Auto Body OEM Certifications Our Core Values:
