Job Description

Job Overview CARSTAR Collision Craft has an opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Auto Detailer and Porter, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles, ensuring each customer leaves with a smile. Your proactive approach will help keep our facility organized and vehicles in top condition, creating a positive experience for every guest. Duties Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, vacuuming, interior detailing, and window cleaning to ensure vehicles look their best. Conduct buffing and polishing to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance shine. Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including parking, staging, and delivering cars to designated areas. M aintain cleanliness of the work area by sweeping, trash removal, and janitorial tasks to uphold a safe and inviting environment. Support additional custodial duties as needed, including window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction during vehicle drop-off and pick-up. Keep detailed records of completed services and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Previous experience in car wash, detailing, janitorial work, or custodial roles is required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Assist parts, body techs, and paint department with various needs. Work within CCC One management and workflow. Perform Pre and Post repair vehicle computer diagnostics. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members. Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, steamers and other detailing tools safely. Valid driver's license with clean driving record to assist with vehicle movement around the lot. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks efficiently. Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success! Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
