Auto Body Shop Painter One Stop Auto Body - 1.0 Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time From $48,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Auto painting Driver's License Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter to join our team! The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality refinishing work. If you have experience with automotive paint preparation and refinishing, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint by sanding, masking, and priming Mix and match paint colors to achieve an accurate factory finish Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using spray equipment Buff, polish, and finish painted surfaces to meet quality standards Properly mask and protect adjacent panels and vehicle components Ensure paint is cured and finished according to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean and organized paint booth, tools, and work area Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, chemicals, and equipment Collaborate with body technicians and estimators to complete repairs efficiently Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an automotive painter preferred Strong knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and refinishing techniques Proficient with spray guns, sanding equipment, and polishing tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
