Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using airless paint spraying equipment or hand tools Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, filling, sanding, and buffing to create smooth surfaces Conduct auto glass replacement and ensure proper sealing and finishing Use power tools such as grinders, sanders, and buffing machines to achieve flawless finishes Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks and auto restoration projects as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling of hazardous materials and waste disposal Skills Proven dealership experience or professional auto body painting background Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and auto painting processes Skilled in welding, buffing, and the use of hand tools and power tools for vehicle repair Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto restoration projects Experience with auto estimating software and customer service interactions preferred Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform detailed detailing work with precision Familiarity with auto glass installation, auto estimating procedures, and heavy lifting requirements Join us in delivering outstanding vehicle transformations!
