Auto Body Estimator / Bodyman (CCC Insurance Specialist)

About Us Hayward Collision Center is a high-volume auto body shop serving the East Bay. We specialize in insurance repairs and are looking for a strong estimator who can take full control of the front end and drive revenue. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Bodyman who is confident using CCC ONE and can manage insurance claims from start to finish. You must be able to handle a full file independently (estimate → supplements → parts → delivery). This is not an entry-level role—we're looking for someone who knows how to move jobs and maximize tickets. Responsibilities Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE Handle all insurance communication (approvals, supplements, negotiations) Manage jobs from intake through completion Order parts and ensure timely delivery Identify additional damage and write supplements Coordinate with technicians and vendors Keep customers updated throughout the process Ensure quality control and efficient job flow Pay Structure $22/hour base 5%-10% commission based on total monthly sales you generate No cap on commission — high earning potential Requirements CCC ONE experience required Proven experience as an auto body estimator Strong understanding of insurance claims & supplement process Experience ordering parts and managing vendors Ability to negotiate with adjusters and get supplements approved Fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license Why Join Us High-volume shop = strong commission opportunity No cap on earnings Opportunity to grow into a management role Consistent insurance workflow Apply Today If you know CCC and can run jobs from start to finish, this is a high-income opportunity.
