The right candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and open to learning new skills. Aluminum welding experience is a strong plus. Responsibilities Repair damaged vehicle panels, including doors, quarter panels, fenders, trunk lids, and hoods. Perform dent repair, panel alignment, minor disassembly/reassembly, and welding as needed. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Requirements Previous auto body shop experience is preferred. Must have experience repairing vehicle panels and using hand tools, power tools, and body repair equipment. Welding experience is preferred, and aluminum welding experience is a strong advantage. Must be reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with a team. Growth Opportunity Opportunity to learn PDR, paint prep, painting, polishing, and other auto body skills.
