The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in vehicle damage assessment, insurance negotiations, customer service, and repair planning while maintaining strong relationships with insurance partners and customers. Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage to prepare accurate repair estimates. Write and manage estimates using industry-standard software such as CCC ONE and Mitchell Work directly with insurance companies, adjusters, and DRP partners to secure approvals and supplements. Maintain and manage DRP account requirements and performance standards. Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers. Coordinate with production staff, technicians, and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow. Prepare and submit supplements as additional damage is identified. Monitor repair progress and update customers and insurance partners as needed. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company and insurance requirements. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of Auto Body Estimating experience. Previous experience handling DRP accounts is required. Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance claim processes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
