  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles, ensuring a flawless appearance and restoring vehicles to their optimal condition. Your expertise will help bring vehicles back to life, providing customers with exceptional service and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about auto body repair and painting, eager to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using spraying equipment and hand tools Buff, polish, and detail painted surfaces to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that meets quality standards Assist with minor preparation tasks as needed to support overall vehicle restoration Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and calibrated Qualifications Proven auto body shop experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects Skilled in auto painting techniques including airless spray painting, buffing, and detailing Knowledge of auto body repair procedures such as welding, dent removal, and panel alignment to ensure paint job will be performed properly before painting the vehicle. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, sanders, grinders, and other auto body equipment. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto restoration processes Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Excellent painting skills and great team skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other team members Join us if you're passionate about transforming vehicles through expert craftsmanship!
