Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Paint Prepper to join our team for a. Project includes repair and prep work of fiberglass parts for paint. The ideal candidate will have expertise in auto body paint prep knowledge to perform the tasks related to a new contract project that we have underway.

DUTIES:

• Prep fiberglass parts for painting
• Disassemble and reassemble parts (minimal)
• Small repairs such as surface cracks and splits

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in paint prep techniques.
• Prior paint-prep experience preferred
• sanding, masking, prepping for final paint
• Ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Familiarity with paint prep standards.
• Skilled in assembling and disassembling vehicle components.
